Wake up earlier than usual Eat a good, hearty breakfast Continue to do boot camp, plus my extra workout at home Dinner before 6 PM; and if past 6PM eat a salad or something small Dust and vacuum daily Goal for this Month and the months to come.  As long as I get my stomach flat, my allergies controlled, and keep my fat from jiggling, then I’m good hahaha.
